Polestar Laminator REFURBISHED 2024

Fast D&K laminating line for single-sided thermal lamination of B1 sheets. 

Polestar – a complete, fully automatic line for single-sided thermal lamination of paper.

 

The machine is equipped with a pallet feeder fitted with front lays (front sheet stops).
The laminator cylinder is heated by electric band heaters. Sheet flatness is ensured by an effective, angle-adjustable decurling bar.

As part of the renovation, the machine has been fitted with a modern separation module consisting of a film perforator and asymmetrically closing pull rollers.

A standard B1-format jogger (vibrating delivery stacker) is included with the machine.
