PH275 - Hydraulic Dual-Platten Bookbinding Press

Each pressing unit is equipped with its own working platen, hydraulically raised from below. The operator sets the required pressing force and pressing time. Once the preset force has been reached, the hydraulic system maintains it within ±200 kgf for the programmed time.

At the end of the cycle, automatic pressure control stops, while the working platen remains in the raised position until the operator deliberately initiates its lowering. The platen is lowered by pressing the LOWER button once – there is no need to hold the button down. This prevents unintended automatic movement of the platen after the pressing cycle and further enhances operator safety.

The two independent pressing units allow pressing operations to be carried out simultaneously, increasing productivity without the need for two separate machines. Both units are operated from a single operator panel.

The PH275 combines compact design, intuitive programming and automatic control of the preset pressing parameters with solutions designed for safe operation. The working area is protected by guards equipped with safety interlocks, while the position of each hydraulic cylinder is monitored by limit switches.
