B1 Double-Sided Laminator L420 PB (Triton 1050 PB)

The L420 PB laminator combines two independent laminating units into one fully automatic production line, significantly simplifying and accelerating the processing of jobs that require double-sided lamination. Both sides of the sheet — top and bottom — achieve the same consistently high-quality lamination finish. 
A high  production speed of 40 m/min  and the ability to feed B1 sheets crosswise (up to 1050 x 1050 mm) are additional key advantages of the L420 PB. 

Triton PB Landscape – 1050 mm Double-Sided Laminator

TRITON PB 1050 mm has been designed for offset print shops and large digital printing houses that handle high-volume production in B1 format,  and require double-sided lamination in a single pass.
With additional accessories, the machine also enables digital foiling.
TRITON PB is designed with operator convenience in mind — the touchscreen control panel allows for precise adjustment of process parameters, while the open-sided machine design provides easy access to the feeder controls and the pressure roller. The maximum laminating sheet width is 1050 mm. 

The optional automatic stacker enhances operator comfort and supports high production efficiency. The unit is equipped with its own control panel and a full set of accessories designed to facilitate the transport of material stacked on pallets.
