Used and Reconditioned Laminators
The used laminators offered by ZFP are machines manufactured in our factory, including models previously sold under the D&K brand. Many of them come from long-term customers who decided to upgrade to larger or more advanced equipment.
Unlike many second-hand machines available on the market, ZFP and D&K laminators were designed for long-term professional use. Their robust construction allows worn components to be repaired, regenerated or replaced, giving the machines a genuine second life after refurbishment.
Refurbishment by the Manufacturer
Selected machines are professionally reconditioned by ZFP, the original manufacturer. Depending on the model and its technical condition, the reconditioning process may include:
- replacement of rollers,
- replacement of drive components,
- reconditioning of the main laminating cylinder,
- repair, replacement or upgrade of active and passive safety components to meet current requirements.
After reconditioning, the machines are prepared for reliable production use and can continue operating for many years while maintaining consistent lamination quality.
