Industrial Mounting Glue Applicator with automatic sheet separation

 

The L260 KC laminator enables full automation of the mounting glue application process from roll to sheet (B2 format), with simultaneous separation of the laminated sheets.

The patented surface kiss-cut separation method allows clean cutting of multi-layer laminates as well as difficult-to-tear and non-tearable films, producing individual sheets without damaging their leading edges.

The machine is equipped with a special kiss-cut head and ZFP’s patented guiding ramp, which significantly increases separation precision even at high production speeds.
