Comet – Industrial Encapsulating Machine

Fully automatic line for encapsulation (hermetic hot lamination) of paper and cardboard up to B2 format.

The unique design of the COMET laminator enables double-sided encapsulation (hermetic lamination) of paper and cardboard. Both sides of the sheet — top and bottom — achieve the same consistently high-quality lamination finish. Additionally, the laminate layers form a rigid sealed margin around the edges, providing durable protection for the laminated sheet.

The machine is designed with publishers as well as offset and digital print shops in mind. It allows for lamination of B2 sheets portrait orientation), and with additional accessories, also enables digital foiling and lamination of sheets over 1 metre in length.
