Jupiter Landscape Laminator

Jupiter in the Landscape variant  offers maximum flexibility in production planning, especially when handling jobs printed on sheets with different fiber directions. Additionally, productivity can be increased by feeding sheets crosswise (landscape orientation), allowing for more efficient use of the machine’s capacity.

Jupiter Landscape laminator is distinguished by its  excellent heating stability achieved through an oil-filled heating cylinder, and precise pressure control (via pneumatic adjustment) As with all D&K models, it ensures effective sheet flatness recovery after lamination — even with low paper weights — thanks to the adjustable breaking bar, a patented solution by D&K.

740 mm B2 Landscape Laminator with Floor-Level Feeder

Jupiter Landscape (740 x 740 mm) allows for the lamination of B2 sheets aligned with the printing direction. This is particularly important for sheets with maximum print coverage or those protected with dispersion varnish, as it ensures a smooth lamination process and, most importantly, reliable sheet separation. 

The machine can be equipped with a table lowering to the ground and an automatic stack delivery system. Microprocessor control with an integrated touchscreen operator panel provides excellent ease of use, ensures stable process parameters, and allows for software servicing via an internet connection.
