Polaris B1 Laminator

An advanced and high-performance line for automatic hot lamination of B1 paper and cardboard sheets, consisting of a feeder, laminator, separator, and automatic stacker.

A high production speed of 60 m/min is complemented by excellent precision and lamination quality, ensured by features such as  synchronised feeder head operation and front lays, stable sheet positioning before alignment, a large-diameter cylinder, and 6- ton pressure from the laminating rollers.

Polaris system enables lamination of sheets up to  760 mm wide (B1 format). The feeder is equipped with front lays (with optional side lays) and servo-driven heads for precise and reliable sheet feeding. The laminator cylinder is fitted with an electromagnetic brake and heated by electric band heaters. An effective breaking bar ensures excellent sheet flatness during the lamination process. Sheet separation is achieved through a laminate perforator combined with an asymmetrically closing roller system, providing smooth and efficient operation.
