Polaris PB Double-sided B1 Laminator

High-Speed Production Line for Single- and Double-Sided Hot Lamination. For Paper and Cardboard in B1 Format  The line consists of a feeder, laminator, separator, and automatic stacker.

A high production speed of 60 m/min and two independent laminating units  are the key advantages of the Polaris PB system.
The synchronised operation of the feeder head and front lays ensures precise sheet alignment, while the two separate laminating stations, equipped with large-diameter cylinders and 6-ton pressure provide outstanding lamination quality.  

Polaris PB can process laminated sheets up to 760mm wide (B1 format). The feeder features front lays (with optional side lays) and servo-driven heads. The laminator cylinders are fitted with an electromagnetic brake and heated by electric band heaters.Sheet separation is achieved through laminate perforation (independent for each web) and an asymmetrically closing roller system. During single-sided lamination, an efficient de-curl bar ensures sheet flatness.
