Automatic line for applying mounting adhesive and for cold or hot lamination of paper and cardboard with multilayer or tear-resistant films.

The machine enables full automation of the process of applying mounting adhesive from a roll onto sheets (B2 format), with simultaneous separation of the laminated sheets.

The patented sheet separation method, based on surface scoring, allows for the cutting of multilayer and tear-resistant laminates while ensuring clean separation into individual sheets without damaging the front (alignment) edges. 

The machine is equipped with a special kiss-cut scoring head and a patented guiding ramp system developed by ZFP, which enhances the precision of sheet separation even at high production speeds..
