B1 Single-Sided Laminator L430 LS (Polaris 1050)

High-performance production line for automatic hot lamination of paper and cardboard sheets in large formats — B1 and up to 1050 x 1050 mm. The lamination line consists of: pallet feeder, laminator, separator, and automatic stacker.

A high production speed of 60 m/min goes hand in hand with excellent precision and lamination quality — ensured by features such as  ynchronised operation of the feeder head and front lays, stable sheet positioning before alignment, large-diameter cylinder, and 6-ton pressure from the laminating rollers.

The L430 ST model allows lamination of sheets up to 1050 mm wide ((B1 format in landscape orientation). The feeder is equipped with front lays (with optional side lays) and servo-driven heads. The laminator cylinder features an electromagnetic brake and is heated by electric band heaters, ensuring consistent temperature and reliable performance. An effective breaking bar guarantees sheet flatness during the lamination process. Separation is achieved through a laminate perforator and an asymmetrically closing roller system, providing accurate and efficient sheet handling.
