The L210 DS is a versatile machine that allows for both single- and double-sided lamination. The model is distinguished by its excellent heating stability achieved through an oil-filled heating cylinder, and pressure control via pneumatic adjustment. As with all ZFP models, it ensures effective sheet flatness recovery after lamination — even with low paper weights — thanks to the adjustable decurl bar – a proven solution used in hundreds of machines worldwide.

The machine is designed with publishers and both offset and digital print shops in mind. It enables lamination of B2 sheets  (portrait orientation) and simultaneous embossing of a selected pattern onto the film (calendering).

The unique design of the L270  EC laminator enables double-sided encapsulation (hermetic lamination) of paper and cardboard. Both sides of the sheet — top and bottom — achieve the same consistently high-quality lamination finish. Additionally, the laminate layers form a rigid sealed margin around the edges, providing durable protection for the laminated sheet.

The machine has been designed with publishers as well as offset and digital printing houses in mind. Equipped with the Flying Knife technology, it can laminate at high speed while simultaneously separating sheets laminated with any type of film, difficult-to-burst or non-burstable ones, such as polyester or nylon.
