L430 PB (Polaris PB 1050) Laminator with Stacker RECONDITIONED 2026

High-speed production line for single- and double-sided thermal lamination of paper and paperboard in formats up to 1050 mm wide. The complete line consists of a feeder, two laminating units, a separator and an automatic stacker.
The complete reconditioned production line at only 60% of the price of a new system.

The Polaris 1050 PB can process sheets up to 1050 mm wide, allowing B1 sheets to be fed in landscape orientation. The feeder is equipped with front lays and a servo-driven feeder head. The laminating cylinders are heated by electric band heaters. The system uses electromagnetic braking and separate control of the film webs. Sheet separation is based on perforation of each laminate web independently and a system of asymmetrically closing separator rollers. During single-sided lamination, sheet flatness is maintained by an effective Decurl bar.
